We use a wide range of products to suit any requirements, including high efficiency spot/stain removers, a variety of floor waxes and carpet shampoos,to hand-soap for bathroom dispensers. Hypo-allergenic and biodegradable alternatives are also available for an extra clean workplace that is kinder to sensitive skin and our environment. We can usually accomodate any reasonable request for extra office maintenance and care such as applying upholstery protector, watering the plants, checking and changing light bulbs, as well as repair of minor floor damage.
Moe Adam founded Canadian Building Cleaning is 2002 in Toronto, Ontario. It has been operating with great success since then and currently employs over 50 staff. Moe Adam has over 22 years experience in the cleaning and maintenance industry, including small and large office buildings, shopping malls, car dealerships and parking lots.
Using small business mentality, Canadian Building Cleaning believes that it has the level of quality, supervision, and communication with customers which differentiates it from the competing building maintenance companies. Canadian Building Cleaning has a quality control program in place for complete customer assurance and performs regularly scheduled inspections on all contracts on a regular basis. Our Work

Peel Condominium Corporation 389 at 285 Enfield Place in Mississauga ON L5b 3Y6, has retained the services of Canadian Building Cleaning (CBC) in 2015 and since then we have been constantly complemented on the cleanness of our property. We have been receiving excellent service from CBC. Case on point, the staff working in our buildings receives the most comprehensive training directly from their manager, who carries periodic inspections on his staff delivery of service. And will take immediate corrective action should he deem the service not to his standard. We actually started holding other contractors in our building to the same high caliber service that we receive from CBC. They lead the way by action and by results.
CBC vets their staff and they always brought hard working, clean and respectful individuals to our property. We always receive positive feedback from our residents about the cleaning staff. As a matter of fact, as soon as one of our superintendents retires we will be using CBC to receive superintendent services as well.
What separates CBC from other contractors are their preparedness and their preemptive action. For example when covid began early 2020, and everyone else was scrambling for disinfectants and even other simple cleaning products and supplies, CBC amazed us by always having extra supply to our buildings. We even called on CBC to help us secure other PPE material for our staff and other workers in our property. We believe their action allowed our buildings with 500 units and about 1500 residents and staff stay safe and healthy.

Canadian Building Cleaning has been providing housekeeping and cleaning services at our property located at 310 Burnhamthorpe Road West, Mississauga ON. They maintain the building sparkling clean with their state-of-the-art cleaning machines eliminating the use of the traditional hand mop where most times the dirty water is being used to clean. It is impractical to expect the cleaner to replace the dirty water after every mop. These cleaning machines come with two compartments, one with clean water which is sprayed automatically onto the floor and the other wet vacuums clean wet floor collecting all the dirty water. The two do not come in contact with each other. This gives a polished look for all hard surfaces such as marble, granite, ceramic flooring etc. During these difficult Covid times, CBC have provided exceptional services ensuring that frequently touched surfaces are wiped down with certified sanitizing disinfectant every hour.
Canadian Building Cleaning also provided us with an excellent hard-working Superintendent who is on his toes all the time attending to all the Corporation minor deficiencies beside his day-to-day activities. He is also prompt in responding to emergencies and mitigating damages. We have no hesitation in highly recommending their services as they specifically understand the needs of the Condominium industry.
